The LIVE SCAN AGENCY has been appointed by the State of California to witness the signing of important documents and to administer oaths.
We deter fraud, provide an impartial witness (the Notary), and identify signers to screen out impostors and to make sure they have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.

Fee schedule is based on the "level of service" indicated by your "requesting agency." All processing fees are collected at the time of service. There are two types of fees associated with each Live Scan fingerprint transaction; Processing Fees and a Rolling Fee.
